Debbie Northington has been hired by Windstream Holdings Inc. in Little Rock as vice president of human resources.
Northington, formerly the vice president of marketing for Northington Investment Group in Little Rock, will head the company’s leadership development, talent management, talent acquisition, engagement and culture efforts, as well as overseeing all corporate staff groups such as human resources, finance, and legal.
